SABOR
Participant Information
Prostate Cancer is the most common cancer among men in the United States.
The SABOR study, a National Cancer Institute program, is looking for better ways to diagnose and follow patients already diagnosed with prostate cancer.
Participation in the study is FREE to all study participants.
For men that have not been diagnosed with prostate cancer we offer yearly prostate cancer screening services at various clinics around San Antonio and throughout South Texas.
For men that have already been diagnosed with prostate cancer we offer a one-time clinic visit to provide a blood sample and answer questions about their medical history.
If you are interested in participating in or for more information on the SABOR research study, please call (210) 567-0214 (Local), or (800) 335-4594 (Toll-Free). Additionally you can email SABOR at upr@uthscsa.edu.
